A badass intro for my very first showreel!

My 2020 showreel opens with a striking abstract animation sequence that blends geometric precision with artistic fluidity. The design features a bold color palette of coral reds, turquoise blues, and deep blacks, creating a dynamic visual experience. The composition centers around a radiating star-like formation with flowing, wave-like elements that connect and transform across the frame. This minimalist yet impactful intro reflects my approach to motion design - clean, purposeful, and visually engaging.

Styleframe & Process

This vibrant and surreal motion piece explores abstract geometry, symmetry, and cosmic metaphors. Inspired by retro-futuristic design and spiritual symbolism, the visuals blend vibrant gradients with grainy textures, evoking a dreamlike space where vision and energy intersect. From rotating celestial bodies to morphing mandala forms, each frame invites the viewer into an otherworldly journey of perception and transformation.

The use of bold typography, kaleidoscopic repetition, and saturated neon hues reinforces the psychedelic tone, while the cosmic setting suggests a deeper narrative—perhaps one of self-discovery or universal connection.
